Once the session has started, the duration of the Microsoft token that keeps it active varies depending on the network we are connected to:

• If it is a UPM campus environment (Campus, Wifi, VPN), the duration is 45 days.
• If it is an environment outside UPM (domestic FTTH connections or through mobile operators), but within national territory, the duration is 14 days.
• In the rest of the world, regardless of the connection, the duration is 5 days.

Each time the token expires, the system requires a new validation.
