To remove a number from the blocked list on an Android device, follow these steps:

1. Open the Phone app on your Android device.
2. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner to access settings.
3. Select "Blocked numbers" from the settings menu.
4. Find the number you want to unblock in the list.
5. Tap the minus (-) icon next to the number you want to unblock.

After following these steps, the unblocked number will be able to call and message you again.
