In Microsoft Teams, you can set up a secondary ringer to sound along with your primary device when you receive a call. This is useful if you have multiple devices connected and want to ensure you don't miss any calls.
To set up the secondary ringer, follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Teams and click on the three dots to the left of your profile picture at the top.
Select Settings. - Go to Devices.
- In the Secondary Ringer section, select the device you want to use as the secondary ringer.
By this way, when you receive a call, the ringer will sound on both devices. If any of them are speakers, you'll hear it even from a distance.
