To make international calls from a mobile number or Teams number, follow these steps:
- Dial the + sign or the code 00:
On most phones, if you hold down the 0, the + sign appears; alternatively, you can always dial 00. - Add the country prefix:
Each country has a specific prefix. For example, Germany's prefix is 49, the United States' is 1, etc. - Dial the phone number:
Enter the phone number you wish to call.
To make international calls from a Cisco number, you need to add a preliminary step to all above:
- Dial the code 0:
With this code, you indicate to the CallCenter your intention to dial an external number.
Remember that international calls are not enabled on all numbers by default, and a justified request from the administrative officer designated for telephony services through this support service is necessary to enable them.
