To deactivate a corporate mobile line, the person assigned to that line must make the request, indicating at least:
- Full name
- Corporate email
- Public number (long) and internal number (short)
After the deactivation process, two situations are allowed:
- Complete release of the assigned numbers
- Change of ownership of the public number (long) in favor of the requester
In both cases, if the terminal in use is owned by the University, it must be returned.
