In all Centers (both educational and research), there are designated figures (administrative or technical) assigned by the Center to manage telephony services.
In the case of the administrative responsible, this is a contact requested at the beginning of the current tender from the Center's management to unify all authorizations with economic impact both for the Center and the University itself.
Generally, each Center should have at least the following contacts (whose identities may coincide):
- Technical responsible designated for telephony services
Usually coincides with one of the members of the Center's IT support team - Administrative responsible designated for telephony services
Usually coincides with the Center's Administrator, a deputy director, or a secretariat of the management.
In any case, if there is doubt, each specific case should be consulted.
