The current corporate telephony service from Cisco allows the management of both internal and external calls. It is a server-based phone system hosted on our premises, providing a fixed communication solution for the University.
This service enables us to interconnect Cisco fixed telephony users with Teams telephony users and corporate mobile telephony users.
The service is provided through Telefónica's fixed network and the following services are included at a single monthly cost:
- National and international call emission and reception (only for authorized lines).
- Personal and group voicemail (only for authorized lines).
- Call capture (centralized management).
- Call groups for balanced services (hunt groups).
