Mobile data includes an administrative limit set based on the profile of the requesting user.
The operator (Telefónica) notifies the user via SMS when they reach 80% and 100% of the established data limit, at which point the data is deactivated (restricted mode).
It is possible to either temporarily double the established monthly limit or permanently modify this limit by requesting support from the service center.
To request a permanent increase in the data limit, a justification memo signed by the administrative officer designated by the Center to manage telephony services through this platform will be required.
