The PUK (Personal Unlock Key) code is an 8-character key used to unlock the SIM when you have entered the PIN code incorrectly three times. Both the PUK and PIN are personal and different for each user.
To obtain the PUK code for your SIM card, follow these steps:
- Check the original SIM card package: The PUK code is usually printed on the package or the card that held the SIM.
- If you do not have the original card, request the PUK code through this platform, providing both the long assigned number and the short line number.
Once you have the PUK code, turn on your phone and enter the PUK code when prompted. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new PIN code.
After entering the PUK code and setting a new PIN, restart your phone to ensure the SIM is unlocked correctly.
