Neither the Technical University of Madrid nor Overleaf/Digital Science manage your email addresses on Overleaf.

You can manage them yourself on the account options page within Overleaf and choose to add a new account or delete an existing one. You can also select which email account to use as your primary and which account(s) to use as secondary.
