If you have never registered on Overleaf
UPM offers a subscription to Overleaf Commons. You can automatically enrol in the subscription by accessing Overleaf through the UPM institutional identification system.
If you have previously registered on Overleaf using a non-UPM email (or several)
In this case, one way to add an institutional SSO option to your Overleaf account is to log in to your account as you usually do (with your non-UPM email), visit the Account Settings and add your institutional email address.
To do this, go to the Overleaf account settings by clicking on the Account button at the top right of the Project Dashboard screen and then selecting Account Options.
In the Emails and Affiliations section, click on Add another email. Here you should provide your UPM email address.
You will be asked to log in through the SSO portal to authenticate yourself. You can now start logging in with the institutional SSO.
If you have previously registered on Overleaf using (at least) one UPM email
You simply need to confirm your affiliation with UPM by logging into Overleaf using the institutional SSO portal and clicking on the Link accounts button.
