[Staff/Students] The most common problem is that the account is compromised by some security incident, sending spam or similar and the system or security personnel has blocked the sending of mail from the account to prevent misuse. The message that appears to the user is an error: "SMTP error 550 ... Account blocked from sending messages due to detected abuse..." In these cases, the user is notified through an email from computer security explaining what happened and indicating the steps to follow, with a copy to the centre's IT manager. In this email we require you to change the password, this step is essential so that we can remove the lock.
