To obtain an email address, you must have a UPM Account (name.surname).
For staff accounts, after completing the registration of the account, the email service (nombre.apellido@upm.es/ nombre.apellido@fgupm.upm.es/...) is automatically activated in the account. It is therefore essential that the person maintains an active link with the UPM.
In the case of students, it is a requirement to be enrolled in the current academic year for this service to be activated (nombre.apellido@alumnos.upm.es)
Institutional email addresses linked to services or positions (e.g. secretaria.centro@upm.es) are managed by IT staff.
