The support center aims to help you solve problems or doubts you have regarding applications/services of our university.

To provide support for doubts or problems you may have about the operation and access to services offered with your UPM account, support point of the Vice-Rector's Office of the Digital University.

We will provide explanatory documentation on the operation of the services and the resolution of basic problems, so that just by doing a search, the system will offer you help articles on the matter.

What happens if with the help of the articles you are not able to solve the problem? You will be able to start a request explaining your case and our support center agents will help you solve it.
