The support center helps you solve problems or questions you may have regarding our university's applications/services.
What if you are unable to solve the problem using the articles? You can start a request by explaining your situation, and our support center agents will help you resolve it.
To start a request, you must first log in:
- Click the "Log In" button.
- Log in with your UPM services account (if you are an external user, you can do so with your Google or Microsoft account).
- Click the "Submit a request" button.
- Fill out the fields carefully and you can attach a file with a screenshot if the request is for a problem with a service/application.
- Submit the request, which will be sent to the support technicians and will be addressed as soon as possible.
