Whenever you start a request, you will receive an email of that request. If you need to provide more information, you can do so by replying to that email.
If you have a UPM account, you can log in to the support center using the button that appears at the top right of the "Login" screen. Once logged in, a button identified with your name and surname will appear, and when you display it a "Requests" option in which you can view all your requests, in the "Requests" tab you will be able to see the status of them and interact with the support center agents.
