If you've started a request and realize that the problem you were having has been fixed or what you thought was a problem really wasn't, don't worry.
From the same email you received, you can reply to the support center indicating that the request must be closed and a support center agent will proceed to close it.
You can also do it, if you have a UPM account, from right here, in the support center once identified on the right side of your name by dropping in the arrow, you must select the "Requests" section and write a paragraph for an agent to proceed to close it (Ex: my problem was punctual and it is already solved).
