• I cannot access using cl@ve.
• When signing, it remains waiting and nothing happens:  Check that you have what is required to sign.
• I have a certificate, but when I try to sign an error appears: Check that your certificate is valid.

If your problem is related to a procedure on the electronic office (sede.upm.es or gsede.upm.es) and is not one of the above, you can open a support request.
