Identity Accreditation
The identification of the Electronic Headquarters will be carried out through an electronic signature system based on a recognised electronic certificate issued via a secure device. This certificate identifies the domain of the Electronic Headquarters (sede.upm.es) and is registered in the name of the Technical University of Madrid.
Headquarters Certificate Validation
The Electronic Headquarters certificate serves to certify the belonging of a website to a public administration body, as well as to establish secure communications with said Headquarters, guaranteeing the integrity and privacy of the information exchanged with it.
The validity check of the certificate of this Electronic Headquarters can be performed through the VALIDe service, from the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, directly and free of charge, using the link (external to this Electronic Headquarters) provided, and entering the address of this headquarters (sede.upm.es).
