• When clicking access, it keeps waiting and nothing happens. Check that you have what is necessary to sign.
• I access with DNIe but get an error when trying to sign. The DNIe has two different certificates, one for authentication and another for signing. You must identify/access and sign using the certificate intended for signing.
• I try to access and an error appears in the authentication process. Check that you have what is necessary to sign and the validity of your certificate.
• One of these errors appears: SAF_03, SAF_11, SAF_16
• One of these errors appears SAF_26, SAF_27.

If you cannot find any article to solve your problem, you can open a support request, taking the following into account:

• In the Subject field, indicate the subject of the signing request you have received. It appears in the email you receive with the link to sign.
• In the Description field, indicate how the problem occurred and provide any details you consider relevant.
